The Sanskrit word for practice is abhyasa. This concept of abhyasa implies an intense, repetitious ongoing endeavor that, when coupled with devotion or reverence, becomes a firm and stable foundation from which the yogi live their life with integrity, dignity and power. Please join us for a weekend of yoga theory, asana practice and personal contemplation with one of our dearest teachers and mentors, Christina Sell, designed to help you deepen your foundation, strengthen your devotion, and connect to your practice in a way that is authentic and meaningful. These practices are for experienced beginners on up to advanced practitioners, as there will be progressive sequencing and modifications for everyone. (300 Hour Students: 10 Asana Hours)
