Come enjoy a safe space to move, be with your thoughts, and journal your deepest intentions of the heart. As we focus on releasing what no longer serves us, there will be guided meditation, a gentle yoga asana sequence filled with poses that promote opening, and a deep, juicy restorative practice, all held within ceremony, candles and low lighting. Bring an item that represents something that needs attention in your life and place it near the altar, along with a small notebook for writing. In a world full of environmental stressors, let’s capture how to release those things that affect us on a cellular and spiritual level, together. Leave with a sense of lightness as you collect brave affirmations and a little chocolate to remember there are sweet times, too.
