Workshop/Class Cancellation Policy
We regret that we need to have one of these kinds of policies, but alas, it has become necessary. If you are registered for any workshop or special class and paid in full, we will happily issue you a refund of your payment in the following situations. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel or look into a refund.
- If you cancel 1 week or more before the event, we will happily give you a 100% refund, less $10 per workshop day (for administrative costs).
- If you cancel 1 week or less from the date of the workshop, we will give you a 50% refund if we are able to fill your spot.
- If you cancel 1 week or less from the date of the workshop and we are not able to fill your spot, we are sad to say we cannot offer you a refund for your payment and will need to charge you the full price.
- Additionally, if you cancel on the day-of or you don't show up on the day of the workshop, we are sad to say that we cannot offer you a refund for your payment and will need to charge you the full price.
As you know, many of our classes fill up and even sometimes get a waiting list, so the likelihood that we will fill the space is pretty high. But that might mean that we have to wait until after the workshop or class happens to find out if we can fill the space and get you a refund.
